Limited Zombie Revival

Zombies still rise, but never at full strength. A corpse that gets up comes back weakened in proportion to how badly it was mangled, spends a while helpless and stiff after rising, and can only rise a limited number of times before it is too broken to move again. An alternative to disabling revival entirely.
